WebOutLoud Extension gets Accessibility Overhaul

The WebOutLoud Browser Extension has received an accessibility pass with the goal of being 100% accessible via keyboard (and therefore screen readers). And at the time of this writing, I can proudly say we're most of the way there. Many thanks to our visually challenged users who've given us valuable guidance on ways to improve in this regard.

All of the Browser Extension's new keyboard shortcuts are documented here.
