Save Web Pages & Docs as Audio Files with Text-to-Speech
Mar 27, 2025
Announcing WebOutLoud's New "Text-to-Audio" Feature. Available now in the iOS and Mac apps.
You can now save any web page, PDF or text document as an audio file using any of WebOutLoud's wide selection of voices.
To save a web page or doc as an audio file, press the share button and then press "Save as Audio File" in the share sheet.
How it works:
- Basic voices convert text to audio directly on your device, producing an
.m4a
file. - Premium voices convert text on our servers, producing an
.mp3
file. These audio files are stored for 30 days, so you can download them later anytime in the app.
